UT Faculty-Directed Marketing Request Form

IMPORTANT NOTES & INSTRUCTIONS: - You should plan to complete this request form once per semester. - All materials listed on this marketing request form are provided free of charge. - Once you have submitted this form, please email Albrianna Jenkins (ajenki58@utk.edu), Marketing & Outreach Coordinator, any photos you would like the PAO to use in marketing materials. Email Subject: Marketing Request Form Name of Program photos.

  • FLYER INFORMATION REQUESTED

    The PAO creates a program flyer to be printed (up to 50 black and white copies for the Study Abroad Fair) and shared electronically.

  • PAO-HOSTED INFORMATION SESSIONS

    The PAO organizes and hosts one session in the fall and one in the spring per program. Please indicate below 3 preferred dates and times that work for your schedule. *Start times should be no later than 5:30 pm*

  • WEBSITE INFORMATION REQUESTED

    The PAO creates and maintains program-specific websites at http://studyabroad.utk.edu. Please indicated any preferred changes to any of the existing content.
