The Programs Abroad Office strongly recommends that students purchase trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance. Such travel protection plans are offered by CISI and other providers and students can typically self-enroll via the provider website. The Programs Abroad Office does not endorse any particular providers or coverage.

Once you are enrolled in CISI insurance, please click here for FAQs about using your coverage. In case of a serious injury or illness, you have access to CISI’s 24/7 Emergency Assistance Team – see the Crisis Handout here for 24/7 Emergency Assistance information.
