On Thursday, September 26 from 12-3pm, the Center for Global Engagement’s Programs Abroad office is hosting our biggest event of the year: The VolsAbroad Fair! The theme of the event is “Choose your own ADVENTURE!”
In the Student Union Ballroom (272), students can feel empowered to embark on a journey of their own making by exploring global programs and academic and financial resources to get you #UTKgloballyengaged!
Faculty-directed program leaders and exhibiting partners will showcase internships, service-learning opportunities, and study abroad programs that offer experiences from 1 week up to 1 full academic year in a variety of locations – over 50 countries spanning across six continents!

Passport Workshop (SU 262A) | With on-site support from Passport Services, students will receive the materials and information they need to apply for a passport and be prepared for global travel! |

Study Abroad and Your Career (SU 262B) | Students are encouraged to attend an info session led by Career Services, where they’ll receive information about the ways in which a study abroad experience can positively impact career development! |

Academics and Finances Abroad (SU 262C) | Featuring Academic Advisors from Haslam College of Business, College of Communication and Information, and College of Arts and Sciences, as well as Financial Aid representatives from OneStop, students will have the opportunity to have all their questions answered: “How will my credits abroad reflect on my transcript?”, “How can I ensure my scholarships apply?”, “What additional scholarships should I be aware of?” |
