Now that you’ve explored the various programs available, you should schedule an advising appointment with one of our coordinators who will talk to you more in-depth about your options and how the application process works. Please use Vol Academic Connect (Navigate), available via your myUTK, to schedule your advising appointment.
Summer 2021 Deadline
The final deadline to submit your application for Summer 2021 programs is Thursday, February 18. Please note that although this is the final deadline, other programs may have earlier ones.
CGE Study Abroad Undergraduate Scholarship
Financial need and academic merit-based funding ($750 for short-term programs or $1,250 for semester or academic year) for UT undergraduates participating in a CGE-approved education abroad program. The deadline to apply is February 11.
